 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 13 business days after confirmation.  

 Shipping Time:  

   For instock items with sameday shipping: Orders placed before 10 PM will be shipped the same day.  

   Standard delivery for other orders: 57 business days, depending on the destination and product availability.  

 Shipping and delivery timelines may be impacted during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.



2. Shipping Charges

 Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and displayed before completing the purchase.  

 Free shipping is available for orders exceeding specific thresholds, as mentioned on the website.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This tracking information can be used to monitor your shipment on our courier partner's website.

 5. Delivery Conditions

 Deliveries are made to the address specified at the time of placing the order.  

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any changes in address after dispatch may incur additional charges.  

In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address or absence of the recipient, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

6. Delays

While we aim to meet our promised timelines, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.
  • Highvolume sales periods or holidays.  

Customers will be notified promptly in the event of a significant delay.
